On the landlord side, counsel clients to negotiate ‘NNN’ leases and further ensure landlord has reciprocal easement rights with adjacent neighbors.

Draft and negotiate letters of intent and lease agreements for retail, office, medical, warehouse, industrial and hangar aircraft uses.

On ‘NNN’ leases, ensure market value increase in additional rent year-over-year.

Assist clients with interior build-out of lease premises for their intended use, with landlord and contractor assistance.

Coordinate impact fee taxes, if any, with the local governing authority.

Modify and extend lease agreements, including additional lease terms and expansion or reduction of the premises.
