Represent and help facilitate sellers in payoff transactions from lender, and buyers/borrowers in simultaneously negotiating loan documents for the purchase of both residential and commercial properties. To the extent permitted, negotiate non-recourse liabilities for the borrower along with minimal to no personal guarantees.

Draft and negotiate conventional loan agreements, note agreements, assignment of rents agreement, security agreements and indemnity agreements.

Draft and negotiate home equity line of credit agreements, and home equity agreements.

Assist residential clients in purchasing primary residential homes with FHA or VA backed mortgages.

Negotiate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac commercial multifamily loan agreements.

Negotiate loan assumptions on buyer/borrower transactions (coupled with purchase agreement).

Negotiate loan modifications (increases), with certain documentary stamp exemptions to reduce client’s expenses.
