Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements (PSA), from commencement of letter of intent (LOI), through the due diligence and finally up to and including closing and any ancillary post-closing matters that may arise. My representation on any given commercial transaction will alter the scope of work to be done.

Draft and negotiate LOI and PSA for shopping centers, multi-family, mixed-use, strip malls, commercial condominiums and vacant land.

Assist clients with due diligence, including abstracting commercial leases to reconcile seller’s balance sheet and purchaser’s proforma.

Review title, and further object to and resolve, issues that impact the use of the given property.

Review ALTA/NSPS Survey, and further object to and resolve, boundary related issues.

Assist clients in obtaining third-party consultants to inspect given property, and ensure compliance with zoning and local land use regulations.

Facilitate a smooth closing, which may at times include post-closing matters.
