Represent clients in purchasing single-family homes, condos, and passive investments of up to 4-units (quadplexes). During my representation, resolve any title defects, boundary disputes and help facilitate matters through closing. Post the National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlement, offer residential realtors and brokers legal advice regarding certain protections now afforded to home buyers, as required in the Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement, Buyer-Broker Agreements and Compensation Agreements.

Negotiate AS-IS residential contracts on behalf of sellers and buyers.

Help negotiate third-party agreements to the extent needed for continuance of use of past performance that is not memorialized.

Review homeowner/condominium/property association documents and ensure all obligations are discovered prior to expiration of due diligence.

Issue title on behalf of the Fund and assist clients against hidden risks or undiscovered property matters that affect their interest in the property.

Act as escrow agent in furtherance of mutually agreed upon terms by the parties.
