Draft and negotiate construction contracts, on both American Institute of Architects (AIA) forms or base forms, on behalf of landlords, developers, build-out tenants and general contractors. In conjunction therewith, assist clients with insurance and bonding agreements sufficient to ensure the completion of the project.
