The GRIAworks Process

Here’s how you, as an approved partner, work with us to deliver outcomes that go far beyond the transaction.

Step 1: Register as an Approved GRIAworks Recruitment Partner

This is by invitation only. Why? Because we don’t work with just anyone.

We work with licensedethical, and high-performing agencies. If you’re receiving this, it means we’ve already recognised your potential.

To onboard:

  • Submit your licence and accreditation (e.g. DMW for PH, NHS approval for UK)
  • Upload compliance documents and ethical recruitment declarations
  • Sign the GRIA Partner Agreement
  • Appoint your Recruiter Admin (r-admin) – your agency’s team lead within the platform

Once registered, you’ll gain access to job assignments, candidate dashboards, and full platform functionality—with built-in accountability and transparency.

Step 2: Receive Role Assignments Based on Your Strengths

GRIA’s Account Managers assign roles to you based on:

  • Your region of operation
  • Your sector expertise (e.g. aged care, hospitality, health)
  • Your performance and track record

That means you only work on roles you’re best placed to fill.
No race to the bottom. No confusion. Just clear, aligned opportunity.

You’ll also receive auto-routed candidate leads from your country or region, directly into your pipeline—saving you time and lifting your efficiency.

Step 3: Source & Submit Great Candidates

This is where your local expertise shines.

Use your channels—job boards, talent pools, direct referrals—to find outstanding candidates.

Work together with Candidates to upload to GRIAworks:

  • ANZSCO-aligned profiles
  • Verified resumes
  • Proof of experience, education, and credentials
  • Reference checks and supporting documents

You’re not just submitting anyone—you’re presenting migration-ready talent that reflects your brand, your quality, and your care.

Step 4: Vet with Integrity

Our promise to employers is based on your process.

That’s why every candidate you submit must be:

  • Legitimately skilled
  • Document-complete
  • Visa-eligible
  • Ready for interviews

Use the GRIAworks “Request to Update” workflow if anything’s missing. You retain oversight. We maintain data integrity.

And remember: you’re not alone. The Australian Immigration Agency (AIA), a division of GRIA, is here to support you with visa knowledge, process guidance, and direct assistance when needed.

Step 5: Coordinate Seamless Interviews

Once shortlisted, you’ll facilitate candidate interviews—handling everything from scheduling to follow-up. Use GRIAworks to:

  • Set interview times
  • Update candidate status
  • Record outcomes and feedback

Every step is logged and visible. No missed opportunities. No crossed wires. Just clarity and movement.

Step 6: Visa Consultation & Offer Stage

When an employer flags your candidate as “Ready to Offer”:

  • GRIA instantly notifies AIA
  • AIA initiates visa eligibility checks and document reviews
  • You stay in the loop throughout

If the candidate is cleared, the employer finalises the job offer, and AIA proceeds with visa lodgement.
