Entities born of unresolved memory, betrayal, and grief. Each Hollowborn is a fragment of the Veil’s collapse — a wound given form.

Tier I — Lesser & Boss-Class Hollowborn

Tier II — Mid-Level Hollowborn

Tier III+ — Veil-Fallen & Greater Hollowborn

Definition: The catastrophic celestial event when the Moon froze in the heavens and refused to move. It marked the first great unraveling of the Threads and the birth of Hollowborn in recorded history.

Event Description

The Moon, once the great eye of rhythm and tide, ceased its motion. It hung above the world unblinking, unyielding, and eternal. This moment became known as the First Lunar Standstill.

Where once the Moon guided the balance of the Veil, its stillness ripped harmony apart:

  • Tides broke and churned endlessly.
  • The Sun’s fire seared the world into frost and ash.
  • Skies dimmed, shedding stars like tears.
  • The earth split, swallowing forests whole.

This Standstill was not a pause in time. It was a fracture of memory and thread, when the Veil itself faltered.
